Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often.

How quickly will I receive a reply?

We aim to answer every message within two business days. Complex proposals — such as research collaborations or sponsorships — may take slightly longer, but we will always acknowledge your message first.

Who should I contact about joining a program like AlgoLab?

Use the contact form and select "Programs & Education" as your topic. Our programs team will send you application details, timelines, and eligibility requirements.

Can international organizations partner with EAGLOPEN?

Absolutely. We actively welcome international universities, companies, and NGOs. Remote collaboration is a core part of how we work, and time-zone differences have never stopped a good partnership.

How do media and press inquiries work?

Select "Media & Press" in the contact form and include your outlet and deadline. For photos, footage, and past coverage, visit our Media Center.

I want to volunteer or mentor but I'm not in Ethiopia. Can I still help?

Yes — many of our mentors and supporters contribute remotely. Tell us your skills and availability, and we will match you with a program or research track where you can make a real difference.

Is there a wrong reason to reach out?

No. If you are curious about our work, that is reason enough. Some of our best collaborations began with a simple "hello."
